How does the subscription service work?

OnMi subscriptions are a great way to get your patches delivered automatically every month so you never run out. Getting started is easy:

  1. - Go to the product page of the patch you’d like to subscribe to and select your desired number of patches.
  2. - Then select the "Subscribe & Save" option and decide how often you want your patches then click the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. - Complete your purchase.
After your first subscription purchase, you will receive your patches every 30, 60, or 90 days. Every month, we'll remember to place and ship your order so you don't have to! Want to subscribe now? Shop patches here!

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions may not be cancelled until you receive your first full-price subscription shipment (2-month minimum).
At some point, you may need to cancel your subscription, start by accessing your Customer Portal. You can access your Customer Portal by clicking the unique link sent to you in your Subscription Activation email. Once you are in the Customer Portal, you will click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel then select Cancel from the dropdown menu. Lastly, you’ll be prompted to choose a cancellation reason. Select the cancellation reason that closely matches your reasoning for
