How to Have More Energy & Stay Motivated While Working Out

There are two types of people in the world: Those who like to work out, and those who don’t. The rest of us are somewhere in between, attempting to appease the competing voices in our heads that shout, “Working out is great, endorphins make you happy!” and “This sucks, whoever invented the treadmill is a sadist!”
